Delonghi China is a leading brand in consumer electronics, Braun household is competing with many international and local brands mostly focusing on lower price strategy. Braun being a premium German brand and with a higher price strategy has issues expanding the market and asked us for an analysis and solution. The biggest gap was communication targeted to the local Chinese needs. We developed a new communication strategy based on local needs, facts, research and insight generation.
