Midea is a world leading manufacturer of air conditioning and microwave ovens. Midea manufactures  various range of one electrical appliances form white goods to small domestic appliances with over 25 categories. Midea is a leading brand in China but outside the market Midea had the challenge to build a competitive brand presence. Communication was ad-hoc without consistence brand presence. The task was to create a new communication for POS for Midea outside China for all categories
